I was worried the cherrywood handle might feel rough, but it's actually really smooth and comfortable to grip while brushing melted butter onto croissants. The light bristles pick up just the right amount without dripping.

The bristles are light and stiff enough to spread butter evenly without bending, and the cherrywood handle warms up nicely in my hand. It’s become my go-to for brushing croissants before baking—so much easier than my old silicone one.

The cherrywood handle is smooth and feels nice in the hand, but the bristles are a bit too stiff for delicate butter applications. It works fine for general pastry work, just not as gentle as I'd hoped.
