I was a little worried it would feel too delicate, but the European clay is surprisingly sturdy and has a nice, even thickness to the walls. It sits perfectly on my counter and makes mixing dough feel more rustic and intentional.

The clay has a nice weight to it—sturdy without being too heavy to handle easily. I use it mostly for mixing dough, and the smooth interior makes cleanup a breeze. Only wish the rim was slightly wider for pouring, but overall, it’s a solid bowl.

The bowl’s got that nice weight and the clay feels solid, but the finish is a bit rougher than I pictured from the photos. It’s fine for mixing dough, though I expected the surface to be smoother for the price.
